Bring You Closer to the Heart of Japan

From a Small Café to a Global Dream
—She’s was Born
To Connect the World Through Sweets

Our Shared Love for Western Pastries
Where it All Began
It All Started in A Small Café
In the heart of our small café, the scent of freshly baked cakes and brewed coffee filled the air. Every day, we experimented with flavors, decorations,
and techniques—trying to perfect each creation for our royal customers.

How a Small Café Shaped She’s
Challenges and Discoveries We Learned

The Struggle for Knowledge

The Waste
We Couldn't Ignore

The Creative Spark
from Customers
Finding reliable recipes and opportunities to access Western confectionery knowledge was limited and challenging
Freshly prepared fruits, sponge cake trimmings, and leftover egg whites from baking often resulted in scraps too good to waste. We sought a better way to give them new life
We discovered that customers also wanted to participate in the creative process. Their desire to design cakes opened our eyes to the potential of sharing creative ideas

A Seed of Inspiration Sparked
From Pastries to Wagashi
The Moment of Realization

As we delved into the world of pastry-making, our passion took us on journeys abroad, including Europe. While seeking knowledge about Western confections, we encountered people with a deep curiosity for Japanese culture. This opportunity made us realize that, just as we were exploring Western sweets, there might be others longing to discover Wagashi. With a love for all sweets, we began exploring the possibility of sharing our roots—Wagashi with the world.

Blooming Seeds into She's
Sharing the Art of Wagashi
She's was Born
When we discovered the world of Wagashi, we saw an opportunity to create a new value
by applying what we had learned from pastry-making. We aspire to build a brand where global confectionery cultures
connect and consumers actively participate in shaping the future of sweets.

A Global Platform for Confectionery Learners
Beyond sharing the charm and traditional craftsmanship of Wagashi,
we aim to foster a learning community in the world of sweets across borders, creating new discoveries in confectionery making

Sustainable Sweets for the Future
We aim to offer long-lasting sweets with minimal food waste crafted by Japanese artisans, proposing new possibilities for confectionery and nurturing a culture of sustainability in sweets

Co-Creating with Cusomers
We aspire to build a brand where global confectionery cultures connect, consumers actively participate in shaping the future of sweets, and innovative ideas contribute to a world with less food waste.
